Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process before shipping.
The average production time for each accessory is listed on the product detail page under the section "Production Time"

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days within the United States.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping Costs are calculated at time of checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the items being purchased in conjunction with the destination address.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order's status by entering the tracking number on the shipping carrier's website.

Note*: A Tracking number via email may be provided from the print vendor prior to the shipping carrier picking up the item for delivery. The tracking details will not be available until the shipping carrier picks up the item(s).  Once the carrier picks up the item, the tracking details should be available via the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

 

Holiday Shipping:

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Please place your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
